About your subscription
Is there a free version?
Yes. The Free plan starts without a bank card, with 3 questions a week - so you can try it before you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, without giving a reason: in your account (Account → Manage subscription) or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; until then the plan stays usable and you are not charged again.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Start the switch in your account, or write to us and we'll handle it. You see the effect on your fee before you confirm.
How can I pay?
By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Will I get a payment confirmation?
Yes, you get an email confirmation of every payment, and the invoice is issued electronically. For company invoice details, write to us.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
As a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.). Because the service starts immediately, a proportionate fee is due for the part already used. Section 6 of the Terms has the details.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes: Basic, Pro and Unlimited can also be paid yearly, for the price of 10 monthly fees (2 months free). A yearly subscription renews automatically every year and can be cancelled at any time - the cancellation takes effect at the end of the yearly period. For discounts for larger teams, write to us.
